The NFT Launchpad is the mint infrastructure for ROKI. Every feature needed for ROKI is being built. Post-launch, the same infrastructure opens to other creators as a Phase 2 SaaS product.

#17.4 Phase 1 vs Phase 2

Phase 1: Private to ROKI — build infrastructure, launch ROKI NFTs, prove the system with a real 3,333-piece collection, case study for Phase 2.

Phase 2: Public SaaS — open to external creators, begin marketing platform as independent product, burn mechanism activates on every external mint.

Abstract architecture from day one. Every problem solved for ROKI's launch becomes a feature saleable to other creators later.
