PART 14

Tournament System

#14.1 Three Tournament Brackets

NFT Grand Championship

Challenger Cup

Open Bracket

#14.2 Tournament Cadence

Not on a fixed schedule. Announced when budget and strategic timing align. Minimum soft target: at least one tournament per quarter. Open Brackets can run monthly or bi-weekly at low prize pool; Challenger Cups every 2-4 weeks; NFT Grand Championship once per season (quarterly).

#14.3 Prize Funding Sources

#14.4 Prize Announcement Structure

Base prize pool is small and guaranteed. Variable boost comes from accumulated revenue since last tournament. Final prize pool announced at bracket start. Never announce a prize pool you cannot pay.

#14.5 Halal Prize Structure

Prize pools are treasury- or sponsor-funded, NOT formed from player entry fees. Players do not bet against each other. They compete for prizes provided by the organizer. This sidesteps the maysir (gambling) concern. Consultation with a sheikh is planned before final structure is locked.

#14.6 The NFT Promotion Mechanism

A Free or Paid tier player who reaches top 16 of the global ELO leaderboard is offered NFT promotion — purchase at a discount or receive a treasury-granted NFT. The NFT's canonical lore is generated based on their existing fighter's identity. Full career record transfers.

#14.7 Token Staking for Challenger Cup

#14.8 Crypto-Only Prize Payouts

All prizes are paid in crypto. Free-tier winners must connect a wallet to claim. 30-day claim window.
